Who is responsible

Cuchillo Amarillo, S.A. de C.V., with address at Toltecas 133 Ote, Col. Las Bugambilias, C.P. 37270, León, Guanajuato, México, is responsible for processing the personal data collected through disruptcolor.com.mx.

DisruptColor is a brand operated by that same company. For anything related to your data, write to info@disruptcolor.com.mx.

What we collect

From the contact form: contact name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp, industry, fiber type, color reference (Pantone or equivalent), estimated volume and whatever message you write us.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, nor financial or asset data, through this site.

Traffic measurement also collects technical browsing data — IP address, device type and pages viewed — as explained below.

What we use them for

Necessary purposes: quote the dyeing or color development you ask for, send you the technical proposal and follow up commercially.

Secondary purposes: sending you information about related products and services. You may object to these by writing to the contact address, without affecting the handling of your request.

Who we share them with

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

We share it only with the providers that make the service possible: the site's hosting and email provider, and the traffic measurement tool. Each processes the data on our behalf and only for that purpose.

Transfers between controllers within the same group (art. 35 LFPDPPP): the mailboxes on this domain come from the previous in-house system hosted at us.cloudlogin.co, and the contact data held there was transferred to the controller named above. Your consent is not required for this transfer, as these are companies within the same group operating under common internal processes and policies.

Your ARCO rights

You may request Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Objection regarding your data, as well as revoke your consent or limit its use, by writing to info@disruptcolor.com.mx from the email address you contacted us with.

Tell us your name, which right you want to exercise and which data it concerns. We answer within 20 business days at the latest.

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, Mexico's data protection authority.

Cookies and measurement

Google Analytics loads only after you accept analytics. With your permission, it uses cookies to measure visits, pages viewed and technical browser and device information. This site removes query parameters and URL fragments from the page and referrer addresses it sends to Analytics.

You can browse without accepting. Open Cookie preferences to change or revoke your choice; it is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Rejecting stops further measurement from this site and removes the Analytics cookies it can access; it does not erase data already sent.
